So you think hiring a designer to do the job will be just as fast. I can guarantee you it won't be unless they have some premade. Otherwise there will be numerous emails back and forth about colors, sizes, how many pages, etc and it can take days or even has happened to me, weeks. A custom website graphics design is also not going to be cheap. Unless you need the unique identity and have decided to establish yourself firmly in a niche market you don't really need a designer to make your websites template grahics.

Make sure you do use a suitable website graphics template as all are not created equal Nor are website backgrounds. Quality is much more important than price and then your on your way to creating a positive image for your store or business and saving some time for other ways to be more productive rather than trying to make your own website graphics.
