Creating a website is a fairly easy process if you use some of the website builders around the net. You can make a website really easy with a wordpress blog and that's where I recommend you start creating a website. It's simple, quick and easy. Wordpress will even give you a free website so all you had to do to make a website is follow their really great instructions.Google also offers free websites and you don't need to know how to make a website to use blogspot either. It's pretty much drag and drop and writing some text. If you're reading this web site page you can learn how to make great websites. Creating web sites is truly easy at Wordpress or Blogspot. You can get free blogs at a lot of place like myspace and other web 2.0 websites. If you want a free wordpress blog you can signup here at wordpress free blog and if you want a blogspot blog you can sign up for a free blogspot blog here. Both of these places are free and are considered the best places to make a free blog or create a web site. It's doesn't get any better than free when you are learning how to make a website. I have lots of different sites and even different types of web sites. Everything from the outdoors, fishing, hunting and lakes to learning how to use your mind to get what you want. Some are free sites such as at blogspot and myspace, others are on different accounts for the different class c ip address and others are on my own servers. As an experiment all of my sites have AdSense on them somewhere or plans to add it soon. You don't really want to design a site and submit it to directories and have it get rejected as the directories see it as a site designed for adsense traffic only. They won't list you. Here is a list of all of the sites I currently have. As you can tell, all of those sites are outdoors related. The forums are SMF forums and as far as I'm concerned aren't very good at generating clicks to AdSense ads. The fishing, hunting and lakes websites all generate more money from AdSense than do the forums. Even tho the forums get around 2500 page views per day and the sites generate far less traffic. The sites above are about many different things yet have a common thread, for the most part. How to use your mind, stress, depression and relaxation. The sites once again do better than the blogs do. Most of this last group of websites all need more incoming links and I will start submitting them to directories now that I have the whole network setup. The links will come and the site will rise in the serps. This is a very easy way of creating a website that gets decent traffic I suspect part of the problem with the blogs is lack of traffic but the hunting site gets less traffic than the blogs and makes more money. I find all the little things like that highly interesting and I'm curious to know why. It's just one of the many things that will drive you crazy when you learn how to make a website and get it running. For one thing it's much easier to get different things into sites than it is into blogs. Placement means a lot when it comes to ads. For sure having your ads in the proper places will generate more clickthrus and make more money. I've started putting a 300X250 Adsense ad at the end of each post and that seems to be helping with a better clickthru rate on my Adsense ads. It's a simple matter of testing, changing and then doing more testing. MOF that's an ongoing process for any websites you have. However what you learn in your testing of websites can probably be applied to other sites of the same type. How do you make a website?
