Let me state right up front, I no longer fly anywhere. I haven't for a few years now. I got tired of showing up at the airport early and then being treated like cattle. Sorry, the safety measures the TSA has in place just don't do it for me. Check all the passengers and thier luggage but only cursory checks of the freight the airline may be carrying on the flight.
I'm not going to be treated like a cow, I'm not going to spend a lot of extra hours so the airport can treat me like a cow. Lol, even with all their precautions things still get through. Funny we can have matches on the plane but we have to take off our shoes to be able to get on the plane. Might have been better off to ban matches and lighters on the plane. It would be just as effective if not more so.
Then we have the dumbass airlines charging 25 to 50 bucks for your bags. What kind of crap is that when they are likely to lose them anyway. Snacks and crap are sky high and the flight attendants are snotty little petty dictators. What a crock of crap flying has become. Now you can't get up and walk around on the last hour of the flight or go to the bathroom.
What with the etra time and the extra costs I can drive to Las Vegas from Sioux Falls, SD and only be a couple of hours later than if I'd have taken the plane. Isn't that interesting? Flying is supposed to be faster and simpler than driving but it's not. Plus driving my bags don't get lost, I can smoke in the car, use my phone or whatever I want. No freaking stupid rules while driving.
The best solution I see is everyone should be made to fly naked and all of their luggage should be on a seperate plane that just hauls luggage. No more being treated like cattle by petty TSA dictators either. We all get naked and fly and when we get to our destination we get dressed, get our bags and leave. Simple and effective.
When our
safety and security is threatened more by the TSA than it is by terrorists there is simething wrong with the system. Maybe I need some
anger management tips in this area but I now hate the TSA, the Airlines and the airports and avoid them like the plague. Solve the security problem fly naked. Call your congressman or cogresswomen and let them know you want everyone to fly naked so we can all be safer.
