While I'm not a digital camera beginner I evidently need a digital photography tutor, at least for my cell phone. I had one of the first Sony Mavica's to come out, lol, the one that used a floppy disc, so I've been around and used digital cameras for quite some time. My cell phones digital cameras photography seems to really suck.
I really hate it that when I try to take a digital landscape or any pictures at all when I hit the button it doesn't seem to take the pic then but about a half a second later. Now I'm a bit shaky so that always seems to mess up my pics. I have the digital photography resolution on the cell camera set to as high as it will go yet still get slightly blurry photos. I blame it on the fact it doesn't seem to take the picture until way after I pushed the button.
I don't know, my last digital camera phone did the same thing and it drove me crazy. Now this new one does it too. May I just need to take some online digital photography tutorials but I can never find one for phone cams.
I really hate the way the flash works too. It doesn't flash, it just stays on. Some digital lighting tips and photograhy tricks might help but I can't find any that apply to cameras in cell phones. Maybe they all do, I don't know.
About 5 years ago I bought my two sons each a digital camera because we were all going to Disneyland and I didn't want to pay for film and processing. I thought they were crap but the kids could take better pics with them than I can with my damn phone camera.
Lol, yeah, I know, it's a phone, not a camera but you'd think if they were going to put in a camera it would take better pics. My videos I take come out real well, downloaded videos I play are perfect, listening to mp3 recordings are great but the digital camera really sucks. Not to happy with the phone desktop crap but that's another story.
