If so why? Lol, no, I'm not going to bash religion. That's to easy. Nah i'm just gonna ask a question or two.

Do you believe in a cosmic consciousness? Hmmm, why not?

Do you believe everything alive is connected through our minds? Before you answer that let me tell you that your mind is both a sender and a receiver and is capable of putting out close to 10 watts.

Do you believe the theory that energy can't be destroyed? Lol, why not?

Science has proven them. God has not been proven. Yet you don't believe what science has proven. Isn't that kind of funny since both are mentioned in the Bible.
